Communication Guarantee
I guarantee you will not be in the 72% of homeowners who are dissatisfied with their agent’s level of communication. Not only will we be having weekly strategy meetings by phone, but you will also receive weekly hard copy reports summarizing the showing activity, the agent and buyer feedback, website activity, and current market conditions. You will not be asked to make decisions at any time without adequate information to do so. Once the property is under contract the focus of our weekly meeting shifts to keeping you informed as the buyer qualifies for the loan, inspects the property, title work is completed and appraisals are completed. All the logistics of the purchase right up to closing.

I have been working in the real estate industry in a variety of capacities since the 70’s; focusing on the residential resale market for the past seven years. As the recipient of multiple accomplishment awards, with a current listing volume of $3.9 million, I believe my success is anchored in thorough research, an eye for detail and diligence in understanding the ever-changing marketplace. Since my parents were wanderlusts, I moved at least twice every year I was in school until high school. I learned early to land on my feet, assess the situation, make friends and thrive before it was time to move again.
The day after graduating from
Wheatridge
High School, I went to work for a small real estate firm in
Lakewood, Glen-Mor Realty. Within a couple of years, I moved to Poole & Company, a larger, more prestigious company. After marrying a realtor in that office, working downtown at Van Schaack was an opportunity I just couldn’t pass up. Seeking a change, I then worked several years in the legal community at Holland & Hart and Davis, Graham & Stubbs. Great experiences that fine tuned my attention to detail.
I have a clear understanding and respect for your role as the decision maker and mine as the consultant, resource provider and advocate. Having sold millions of dollars of real estate, I have successfully negotiated through many complex circumstances, maintaining and enhancing my seller’s profitability.
